Terrence Klassen, former principal of Fairmount High, said it was good to see youth from the community coming together irrespective of the area they come from where gang association is often determined by where they live.

“The excitement of the games, the camaraderie, sportsmanship and mutual respect for each other and acknowledgment for the individual talents was commendable,” he said.
