Jansen, AR.:
Die appellant, sy jonger broer (Joseph) en 'n ander (Daniel Maruma) is in die Oranje-Vrystaat Provinsiale Afdeling gesamentlik verhoor F en skuldig bevind aan moord. Versagtende omstandighede is bevind aanwesig te wees in die geval van laasgenoemde twee - maar nie in die geval van die appellant nie. Hy is ter dood veroordeel. Met verlof van die Hof a quo kom hy in hoër beroep teen die bevinding en die doodvonnis.
