Note to Contributors
The Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law & Practice provides a
platform and a forum for scholarship on corporate and commercial
law and practice, broadly construed. The JCCL&P aims to publish
contributions in the area of corporate and commercial law and practice,
with specific emphasis on the application, not superimposition,
of constitutional law, foreign law and public policy imperatives in
helping the interpretation, improvement and development of novel
corporate and commercial law principles.
Articles published in the journal are subject to rigorous peer review.
The primary distinguishing feature of this journal is its publication
of practice notes on topical practical corporate and commercial legal
subjects.
Contributors are asked to follow the ‘Expanded Style Guide for the
Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law & Practice’ printed at the end
of this issue.
