SAs Labour Deputy Minister iNkosi Holomisa to share his vision on projects out of BRICS Labour and Employment Working GroupSouth Africas Labour Deputy Minister iNkosi Phathekile Holomisa is expected to deliver an opening address at the BRICS Labour and Employment Working Group to share his vision on concrete projects the economic block can pursue.The Deputy Minister said: As South Africa, we have put forward a proposal to create specialised working groups that will focus on the different areas of labour market governance, such as public employment services and employment generation, labour inspections, collective bargaining and social security.

Holomisa said BRICS should pull its resources to tame the raging bull, which is unmanageable high levels of unemployment, especially amongst youths.iNkosi Holomisa will address the opening on Monday (30 July) of the second and last BRICS meeting of South Africa as chair from Monday to Friday at Fairmont Zimbali Hotel in Kwa-Dukuza, KwaZulu-Natal.

Hosted by the Department of Labour, the meeting will be held under the theme: BRICS in Africa: Developing Countries for Inclusive Growth and Shared Prosperity in the New Industrial Revolution.The Labour and Employment Working Group (LEWG) will take place from Monday 30th July to Wednesday 1st August as a precursor to the Labour and Employment Ministerial Meeting (LEMM).
