Rosenow, J.:
The appellants were charged with contravening sec. 94 (1) (d) of Act 44 of 1958, read with secs. 3, 4 and 5 of Act 46 of 1946 as amended by Act 30 of 1958. They pleaded not guilty but were found guilty and each was sentenced to a fine of R70 or 70 days' imprisonment.
