Dit is 'n hersieningsuitspraak. Hierdie geval is voorheen opgestuur vir hersiening en is deur een van my H Ampsbroeders bekragtig. Daarna het dit egter geblyk dat die vonnis wat die landdros opgelê het, en wat op hersiening bekragtig is, 'n ongeoorloofde vonnis was.
