E This is a case stated in terms of Rule 48 (1) of the Uniform Rules of Court. The Court is asked to review the decision of the Taxing Master of this Division. The applicants for review were the defendants in the Court below. They had taken an exception to the F plaintiff's summons as amplified by the further particulars. The exception was allowed with costs. Included in the bill of costs was an item for copying the heads of argument on exception. These heads total 78 folios and the fee raised was R62,40.
