1 Introduction

The fast-paced digital world and client pressu res to cut costs have forced many

legal pract ices to nd more efcient ways of providing legal services. The use of

technology has been one source of such efciencies, but a less d rastic approach

has been the use of standard forms and templates in t he provision of legal services

to clients. The use of pre-established forms and templates allows legal practices

to un lock efciencies and reduce time spent on the drafting of legal instr uments.
